Barack, the US was actually devastated too in the late 70's. It was the real World Trade Center-NY attack, when most World Trade Centers around the globe were attacked, way before 9-11-2001. 

The US was lucky everybody wanted a country of different races, and many were thinking (the ones with powerful ships) they can have greener pastures in the US. I, for one, had already decades-worth of Hollywood movies. I force-field shielded the U.S.--enemies thought it was completely intact inside.

Good thing many enemy countries finally realized it will be world economies that will play up in the future to come and the US was destined to be a super economy too they stopped attacking the US. (God bless us all. I wanted World Peace.)

However, U.S. economic shutdown occurred in 2013. The solution to this, Barack, is to "re-prioritize" top or key business companies that the US economy is dependent upon. This is as far as i can recall about previous US government/economic simulations. 

With respect to anti-terrorism, i recall designing scanners and detectors that are used in or for airports and Customs. "Just let them run my designs; they'll do their job well." was my reply. It's the safety of the people that is important. I mean, some prototypes already contained "undocumented" advanced tech and running. They're advanced already than the design specifications and actually detected bombs or bomb components. It was the business contractors who were antagonistic since the designs or prototypes reveal new tech that can be incorporated in their new or future company "products" for sale.

Remember this US Barack: you cannot stop enemies from attacking, but you can threaten them about nuking their country. That's your only leverage, as before. But the damage might be very large already. 

The most powerful countries are still Russia and China. China because i was playing Asia before (or China was playing Asia before) and not just solid Philippines. They benefited from my advanced weapons tech knowledge. I was playing Wizard Scientist to most powerful countries, but all along working for World Peace and United Nations. 

Russia was quick to realize it will be "economies" that will play up in the future and agreed for Peace Treaties. I hope they are following and maintaining that line all the time for World Peace. 

I founded modern governments, United Nations and modern NASA, my greatest achievements. We even designed economic models for different Nations. We wanted World Peace and Progress for all Nations.

NBA Entertainment

I'm the one who "pavloved" (or trained for a while) Michael Jordan and his contemporary NBA players for greatness, establishing for them distinct basketball playing styles or skills so that there is "variety" in what we watch on NBA TV, for NBA entertainment. We were studying "superperformance". I was already favoring Jordan then as what others realized. I predicted or decided for what will happen in his career. 

I was maybe more than one year old then or nearly two years old. I was like an adult in a boy's or a very young toddler's body since I was already smoking then. It was a "military" job for the NBA. And then again, maybe at 4 to 5 years old. 

So I own NBA teams too, I remember, like San Antonio Spurs, LA Clippers and Lakers, Chicago Bulls, etc. Mark Cuban's team, Dallas Mavericks is mine actually (if that's really the team he bought with our money). 

It was also me who examined and established the standards and rules and criteria in games and sports, as well as in Olympic games. Standards such as how high or how big should the ring be, how wide the basketball board or court should be, ideally how many chairs in a basketball stadium. I particularly established the legal moves, standard plays, and scoring point systems and penalties in volleyball, martial arts, gymnastics, etc. according to "game theory". I also recall designing timer clocks used for high-precision timing in games.

As I see it now I was indeed "very tired" from designing and deciding on everything, especially when it came to military fights and strife. I was the one abused in the end. But I was top-secret Standards Committee of everything science and technology, even nukes and warpdrives. 

They exploited my abilities. (I can understand that; it was Cold War.) The fact that I didn't become one of the billionaires speaks true of that. But I was pushing for World Peace and "United" Nations I was looking for a better future for all of us, and that makes me partly satisfied.

Mayors and Congressmen

I am the man in music and movies. The America and Bread songs you find popular in YouTube are mine, my "voice", and in other songs. 

In grade 5, a girl "got hold" of me. Then, we went to a house and most probably made love. And then, many women too. They probably knew I was genius and will be officially billionaire in tech companies, they wanted to have children from me! 

I was very weak from sex, drugs, and rock and roll. I think I was absent in school for maybe two weeks or a month, laid "captive" in that house. Maybe some songs were recomposed or finalized there. Another girl was trying to make me remember I was English-speaking before. Maybe they were also after the bagful of money there, say from my music and movies money. (That's why a grade school classmate of mine recently remembered I transferred school in grade 5, when actually I was still her classmate up to grade 6.) 

Now, I just think that I already have children (the military or DepEd made sure of that because I was genius) and that they're successful already in their fields, say in music and movies too, or they are now leaders like councilors, or mayors, even congressmen. 

I just think that some of these young Hollywood stars are probably my children, or my siblings, or my cousins, if they are really true to their age. Or related to me in a way, I wanted them to be Hollywood stars. Or they're indeed Hollywood Royalty. I was Wizard I probably blessed them too. 

That's how we looked like before. Those who are white will go to the US or internationally. 

Those who looked like Asians or chose to be Asians will remain here in the Philippines. 

It was Cold War; there were many deaths. They were "creating" children, connecting with each other. Plus the British really like clones, would do anything to get hold of Hollywood movies money. As some other groups. 

The movies were already done before. I said when they edit them and convert them to new video formats is already the spacetime or "quantum information" needed to be perceived as "new", in the present time. 

Do they understand that I was composing and composing songs and creating singers and bands not only for "Music that is art and Art that is music" but also for business, for my money, for my millions or billions? The same goes for my Hollywood movies and stars. 

I still want my music and movies billions, Microsoft billions, Apple billions, Google billions, Intel billions, etc. :-) 

If I get my billion$, I think I still want to marry, and have legitimate children. We'll lead a simple life. Just moderate spending. Why would we give all our money? 

Biographical Novels, CNN

What I loved doing in the end was to write scientific, technical, biographical novels of top and genius scientists and mathematicians. I wrote about them, as I was the one deciding if they are to be recognized huge in their fields, for the Nobel Prize for example.

The novel "A Beautiful Mind", for instance, was written, clutteredly unfinished, by an Asian who wasn't good in writing in English. I polished the novel's writing. It's the combined letters or diaries of American scientists trying to fit in the Asian setting at a time of a Cold War. So they were being disturbed by opposing Nations. 

I miss my genius in writing news articles, books and novels. I have written for National Geographic, Time, Newsweek, Fortune, etc. using various pseudonyms. I was CNN reporter, cameraman, and photographer journalist. I have written too for the line of Tom Clancy novels, as I was military. 

World Think Tank

Barack, i need a "pension" now from the US gov't/military. Would that be possible? (Is this ridiculous? Not exactly, i think. I recall some US generals then by 1980 knew i was being left out (5 years old) they were quick to state they wanted for me to be given pension already, some in the form of scholarship for me in grade school, high school and college. Others didn't want me to go nursery and kinder; i was technically Dean of Mapua Institute of Technology i was signing and awarding Masters and PhDs in Mathematics and Physics, so it was some kind of insult if they wanted me to go through nursery and kinder, or grade school--we were really college level that time. We designed the curriculum for US and UK schools too.) It is the right thing for the US to do: I'm asking for it. What i did for the US gov't and US military is too huge it is priceless. 

The structure of the modern US government is my design as well as its military structure and organizations, founding "modern" DOD, CIA, NSA and Pentagon and their respective classified advanced military technologies. Even computing and telecoms technologies for the White House. 

We were the group who thought out everything, even economies of various nations. I designed for example Singapore's economic model with its top economist. We also designed the Euro currency and the European economy. This world think tank was thinking for the whole world, for World Peace and Progress. 

Some groups managed to create new nations of their own, asking for my help with the United Nations and World Banks for funding their newly-formed governments. We had a top-secret list before of these new Nations or would-be Nations.

I really feel like shivering at the thought that i was stolen of my ownerships and properties, that i didn't turn out to be one of the billionaire$ despite all these accomplishment and achievements, and pioneering efforts, in business and governance. But i sure still want or am still expecting my money/million$ now from music and movies. 

Barack, what are you doing in my White House? That's my White House. :-)  Even the name "Barack Obama" we created to be President of the United States of America (USA). You made it clear all the time before you wanted to be president. Amazing you're now US President, huh?

United Nations

My best achievements, I think now, are United Nations and modern NASA. A United Nations, and a group of international Scientists which is NASA. Of course, these statements of mine will go down in history as again CLASSIFIED GOVERNMENT/MILITARY TOP SECRET. Meaning, not officially in writing. Not officially written in history books. Jenn, I actually decided what is written in history books. 

Do you know, Jenn, that me and my father were like Presidents of both the US and the Philippines during Martial Law, the late 70's? That's what happens when you know gov't networks and mil/spy networks. It was World War III already actually but we decided not to put that in textbooks. Only up to WWII in textbooks, we said. The Third World War was already in movies, what we watch in movies now. They are documentary material/videos already. They're real military strife and stuff: Star Wars, Star Trek, Transformers, Captain America, Spiderman, Iron Man, etc. That's more than three decades ago.

I didn't give the Philippines up. They were destroying me, threatening to nuke the Philippines. Knowing what they were capable of, I got serious I saved the Philippines actually. I had to give up my ownerships and properties "in the meantime" for some of these Americans, hoping that maybe they'll come to their senses they give back my properties--they're too many: music and movies, hotels and casinos, airline industry (PAL, Boeing-NASA, Airbus), Shoemart (SM), Duty Free Philippines, telecoms (PLDT, Globe Telecoms, Smart, Sun Cellular), etc.

It already happened again and again before: they bombed my buildings, say hotels and casinos, but World Banks knew I'm the real owner of these businesses (I had recorded them too in NASA satellites, so NASA people knew about my ownerships and properties) plus they're insured (yes, we made possible the insurance business too), so we built them again, and again. Maybe the World Banks were just finally fed up. They knew many were onto us. (My money was not ill-gotten wealth. It's from music and movies!) 

But I also knew during that time, that some US generals had to go back to the US and protect their country too. Late 70's Martial Law? The country was actually devastated, it was hard for the US to protect the Philippines. Good thing other countries, or enemy countries, knew what I was capable of too that time, nuke-wise, so I got some leverage. They were following me all the time only to find out i had too many people that I entrusted nuclear tools so they knew how a superpower the Philippines was that time. My life was in peril all the time. What kept me alive was my knowledge of many weapons tech, including expertise in nuclear weapons (as some of the children I was with, somehow my batch) plus the many business companies that they can steal from me. Of course, I had my US people too that they needed to contend with so it wasn't easy for them to take these companies. Looking back, I was actually playing for a United Nations. I wanted World Peace. But to sum it all, I was more of like pro US-UK-Philippines; (I was also thinking of my Hollywood "finished works of art!"). 

The movies, Jenn, were like my documentary movies already of my company ownerships and properties. I was actually contented with my would-be million$ or billion$ in music and movies that time. I'm supposed to be the man in music and movies, as Bill Gates is to software companies. 

Now, I just want some of my money/billion$ in music and movies (Star Wars, Star Trek, Transformers, etc)...

The Fifth Estate

Why did I ever help the Americans in the late 1970s?

Because the US is a champion of Human Rights and Free Expression. 

I also made the movie "The Fifth Estate", which is about WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange' struggle to leak covert data anonymously or publish data withheld from the public by the privileged and those in power. 

This movie, to me, also shows our ownerships of media companies and computer and internet companies being stolen from us. Here, at this time, we were already into "optical" computing in data networks, and some decryption work or the shortest possible "scripts" using standard internet tools. 

And, most importantly, this movie reveals how the US and other governments communicated to each other during the Cold War. 

I helped the US; the US was emerging again as powerful militarily. China can do on its own. I made the modern US, I would say. I was like British and Chinese (Asia) powered. Australia was very good and was an ally, as France. 

We were already simulating/calculating economies during "Tek War" time. I like the idea that Microsoft is calculating for proper distribution of wealth. 

James Bond Activity

I had no military activities since first year college, where some probably students from military families asked me to decide who to choose as faculty student assistants in different college departments I think. I just told them if the students were like valedictorians or salutatorians in high school, then choose them. 

That was a James Bond job for me, which I remembered that time. I was asked to frequent up the Administration building but I forgot this. (What will I do there? indeed. Everybody was always after my Star Trek knowledge.) I could had been introduced as a top student and graduated Cum Laude. 

If they say they have reports of my huge accomplishments for the classified environments, they are probably among my childhood achievements, post dated. 

The Giving Pledge

The Giving Pledge? "TG" Pledge? 

Why are they (Bill Gates and Warren Buffett) giving away their money to charity? Because I urged them so? And because it is me who actually made them wealthy? Maybe it was my way to make them remember that they owe "TG". They owe me. 

Yes it is noble to do so but maybe I talked them into it since they were stealing my companies anyway!! But yes, I call it "noble" Philanthropy. 

Before these two appear like saints in their philanthropy, they must 

"Pay Tamayo first." 

Real Genius

Maybe Sergey Brin or Larry Page knows me during shooting of the movie "Real Genius" starring Val Kilmer? This was the time they wanted to be included for Google. 

I created Google, maybe even earlier than that, while I was a NASA scientist. Google is from formerly IBM group. There was already the planned Yahoo so others were opposed to its creation. (A substantial amount of HTML standards and Yahoo apps were already finished by us child geniuses during the time we were shooting the early movie "Labyrinth" starring David Bowie and Jennifer Connelly.) 

I was pioneer expert in supercomputers, maybe even quantum computers. Or "topological" quantum computers is probably my idea or field. 

Supercomputing simulations too for nuclear explosions or detonations. The area of spent fuel reprocessing was probably my expertise. 

I demonstrated my supercomputer expertise in high school when they asked me about it and I "remembered" it, slightly. But only on the old soon-to-be obsolete supercomputer technologies. 

Computers. Supercomputers. Hypercomputers. Oracles. O-machines. 

If i remember it right, I was satisfied already with just "hypercomputers." 

Google is ours. 

AI Programming

Maybe I created or anticipated this modern AI paradigm. The very best AIs that they'll come up with or design, I said, already know about me, or will infer or deduce about me anyway, so I'll leave it to the AI scientists to get fascinated and decide on this using their best judgement. 

I was too advanced already I was making my knowledge complete. That's what real geniuses do, I think.

Our work before was like AIs for "Genetic Engineering" already, or from neuroscience point of view. That is, you must know the mindset, thinking, and behavior of the new species you're creating or the results/changes to the behavior of the species you're genetically modifying. We described them in very thin pamphlets only, or just 2-3 pages of exposition. Top secret. 

The Internet happened as planned. We had overpowering AIs safeguarding the Internet, and the World. Hopefully they're working right. We created anti-virus software apps to serve as templates to future anti-virus designers. We already field-tested the Internet, and networking infrastructure.

Bill Gates Vaccinations

Hmm... I just googled Bill Gates was being sued for vaccine (Gardasil etc.) trials in 2009 which resulted in deaths of children. His intentions must had been good but there were deaths and severe side effects of the vaccines. 

So I was right, Bill Gates was really into vaccination and I remember him as a Nurse. In grade school I was still the expert in vaccination so teachers would visit me for my inputs, which eventually waned as they would visit less often.

Maybe Bill Gates has a video record of my vaccinations expertise. It was me probably who looked like Bill Gates.

Bill Gates cannot replicate what happened to us with his vaccination trials on children in 2000s. I was a highly disciplined mind; it was Cold War. I became Wizard. I became more intelligent and "wiser" when I met the scholars and religious monks of old Britain and particularly when they included me into the "World Religions" Committee. Or let's just say, maybe I was already Wizard when I was born. I was teaching children too and they would become smarter. 

I say some children had highly tuned minds and senses before because it was war. It's different now; we're like in a relaxed mode. 

I just made this Bill Gates Microsoft CEO profile. He owes me a lot. 

I co-own Microsoft! I was the one awarding MS shares before to prospective shareholders, those I chose to become billionaires or millionaires via Microsoft. I remembered a "Kardashian" long before I heard about them in the news again, whose MS stocks I was reluctant of awarding to them. "Not in millions of dollars" they bought their MS stocks. If the Kardashians indeed have Microsoft shares, then I'm right. 

I certainly want now my Microsoft billion$! 

Philippine Lotto 6/58

The jackpot prize tonight for Ultra Lotto 6/58 is a whopping P1 billion, the largest in Philippine lotto history so far! 

If I win this lotto draw, it might be hard for others to believe since I am asking for billion$! They might think the government just made me win! 

I was the one who actually lobbied, approved, or decided for Lotto in the government before, as well as for PAGCOR casinos. That is, I already spent money to lobby for Philippine casinos. The senators just followed the plans, being already indebted to me. Plus, those who were implementing it wanted to be casino franchisees or operators of course. But again, I was not included in the final implementations of these lotto and casino operations, no money from them reach my hands. They're my former military allies who wanted to handle PAGCOR. 

We studied the mathematics of casino games, and provided the standards or rules of the games. We were the ones who lobbied for legalization of casinos. 

I remember Solaire and Resorts World casinos were our plans before. PAGCOR City was my project too, now being implemented. I think my business allies here were Japanese or Koreans. That is, there is supposed to be money now for this project, from other already successful businesses or Asian "movies". 

We decided, however, against rampant drugs and too much gambling or too many casino outlets during Martial Law. Not good for the Nation. Our casino buildings in Manila area were demolished one by one; I reasoned they were structurally weak anyway. The Cubao area was filled with casinos too, and I had casinos and hotels in East Avenue near Quezon City Circle. These hotel casinos became government buildings. I remember some NASA people were asking for our NASA spacecraft designs while I was in our hotel casinos in Manila. 

I made the movie "Casino" starring Robert De Niro, Sharon Stone, Joe Pesci. As well as the movie "Scarface" starring Al Pacino and Michelle Pfeiffer. 

And the movie "Carlito's Way" starring Al Pacino and Sean Penn, wherein, I recall, we still had Star Trek USS Enterprise (NX-class) ships hovering above. 

Windows 10 October 2018 Update

Windows 10 is wreaking havoc again with its recent October 2018 Update that Microsoft "paused" and apologized for. 

I issued warnings for Windows 9, so Microsoft followed me and skipped Windows 9. These OSes are from late 1970s to early 80s, developed by us. It's about Windows 9's AI or programming. If the same AI is used for Windows 10, unfixed, then it is likely many Home devices will be destroyed, omg! I am actually afraid for home users!! 

Updates are perfect vehicles where the already fixed bugs are purposely installed again by malicious programmers, hackers or pirates.

I am asking billion$$ from Microsoft actually. I don't have Windows 10 yet. And my Windows 7 computer crashed while using Gmail (wouldn't power on anymore); the following day the US government shut down, in January 2018. Why, because I said I made the modern US? 

Singer/Composer

Why did I forget I was singer/composer? Because I no longer spoke English. They didn't want me to speak in English anymore. I was already Tagalog. I was even already speaking the Masbateño dialect. But in high school, first year, first weeks, I spoke in English, but wasn't good in Tagalog anymore. I was very quick, however, in relearning Tagalog according to my high school friends. 

Also, in grade school, I was no longer an addict or influenced into drugs by them. Without the drugs, you're in a different mood than before and you forget some parts of yourself. Plus they deliberately were intruding on my brain with drugs and chemicals to make me forget. I reckon simple anesthesia loosens the connections in the brain, making you forget (this was done *en masse* to forget the ravages of war). 

I wasn't addict on my own; but they would influence me or make me join them so they can receive or partake of my music and movies money, when money was there on special occasions but in smaller petty amounts already. (Where are my million$ from Star Wars 4-6 in the 1980s, for example?) The corruption line was too long, I guess. Why should it be a bagful of cash? Why not open up a bank account for me, and deposit the money there? So that some corrupt people can partake of the money or that a heavily armed group can easily steal the money from me or us. (Well, marijuana is now becoming legal in many countries. But here in the Philippines, we don't like it.) 

Again, I knew I co-own the music companies before I was composing and composing songs prolifically, creating the singers and bands in the process. 

I can't remember too I was top Scientist, but when they would come to me, I would remember. They would consult me for Science matters but they would retain the money. 

I at one time, while walking on the street, blurted out in English that we've got to finish Windows 3.11! 

But Windows 95 was already finished too when we were children. It's for me and my batch, i decided. In college, just after sales of Windows 95, Bill Gates went to me. But his companions used psy-war and threats, limiting me. Maybe it was the start of antitrust trial against Microsoft. 

I said later, that to give Bill Gates the benefit of the doubt, he was probably there to give me back my MS ownership! But Win95 sales were already too high that time, he and some members of his group were probably reluctant. Even before, he was the one being ousted at Microsoft. He was fearful of losing his MS stocks, like Steve Jobs being ousted from Apple. 

I now remember that I would still sing impromptu and compose songs in that same present house of ours in Masbate City. I sing the song "live" when I'm composing. I needed to have a sound recorder as I don't write the songs immediately. Some TV commercials were also done in that house.

Even before, I wouldn't give away my Microsoft ownership. Who would? 

Do I need to recall Steve (Jobs) to remember that I was there, at the dawn of the personal computing industry? COMDEX 101. 1981. COMDEX 101 1981.

I had someone with me in developing MSDOS. It was the two of us who created DOS. I was Microsoft--we, were Microsoft, MSDOS/Windows. (Bill Gates was MTS-altair.)

I think it was just a "tour," to see what a compiler looks like. I stayed big time. And created MSDOS!

I didn't even want Bill Gates to have a larger share of Microsoft ownership, if we include him. If we include him at all...

He was practically imploring me, for us to start our own company, and not sell it to IBM. Actually, an IBM representative was purportedly called up there. But it happened just in the accounting department of a certain university; they had "computers." Eventually, the news, the word was out.

(If every deal at the time was accepted or fulfilled at all, then Microsoft is still under my name, actually. And the monitor/LCD tech (?). Which were, of course, only "ours.")

IBM was deeply rooted in Unix. We all know that. I was actually contemplating of naming our OS either "PC-DOS" or "MS-DOS."

The new MSDOS interrupts speeded all things up. The two added interrups had a software equivalent at first, which made apps run faster. So we wanted it in hardware BIOS.

Bill Gates wanted the OS called MTS-DOS.
So I asked, what is MTS? 
"It's actually MITS," he replied. "Too long," I said.
"How about MTS-DOS?" he insisted again.

But I decided it to be simply "MSDOS".

And Bill was irked by the term "disk" because he said it was an operating system for "computers," not disks. He wanted to call it a "time-sharing system" immediately, not a "Disk Operating System." I didn't care. "DOS" was perfect for us because it was the two of us (me and her) who created Microsoft and MS-DOS. "DOS." Two. (Our system already had a built-in interrupt handler for GUI, and with the new BIOS/MSDOS interrupts, it would be blazing fast.)

We had an Operating Sytem and a language and compiler creation toolkit of our own already. We can create compilers in a snap. An OS and a compiler, two products of our own.

We even made Unix faster, and fixed some bugs. Even created ext3, and ext4 file system, but eventually decided "our" ext4 (or ext5?) to be for future Windows.

So i forgot about these from grade school... and yet "no one reminded me." Of course... 

In grade school, high school, and college, it's like you were "new" to computers, and enthralled by the stories of these software entrepreneurs, who made it big in the industry...

Reduced Length LZ (RLLZ)

Let me share here my one way to output LZ77 codes, which may improve LZ77/LZSS or LZW.

LZ77:

LZ77 coding transmits <offset, length> codes. Many times in the compression process, the same matching string is encoded with an <offset> and the same <length> code. We can avoid transmitting the <length> code for many strings as well as not outputting a bit to identify a literal (as in LZSS) by the following: 

Instead, read the whole input or block and gather duplicated or similar strings and encode <the whole string> (e.g., <length of the string (n>=2)> plus the actual string of characters) only this one time, <the number of "next" occurrences of the same matching strings (i.e., how many following offset codes after first offset)>, and its succeeding occurrences in the input block by transmitting only the said <offset> codes. (Or you can use an escape code to end the offset codes, perhaps BLOCK_SIZE-1.) Do this for all other duplicated strings. This is actually a "Reduced Length LZ (RLLZ)". 

The literals are outputted last *without bit flags* since they fall into the block buffers not covered or "not activated" by encoded strings. So just one array of literals can be outputted maybe at the end of the file, or, since block-based coding is more practical for shorter offset codes, at the end of the appropriately-sized block of <offsets>.

During decoding, the strings are written first in the output or write buffer using the offsets, and the literals "fill in" the unwritten positions or "holes" in the write buffer. The output buffer is then written to actual file. This makes very compact LZ. (Note that there is no "history" or "window" buffer and hence no "sliding-window" function.)

Here is simple illustration for RLLZ, to be complete:

Read/Get literals. (The literals are then inserted into the holes. Whatever the size of those holes randomly positioned in the write buffer, they are filled by the literals.)

The strings and literals are nicely in their correct order or sequences. Write to actual file.

No need to output bit flags for literals or the number of following consecutive literals in some algorithms. 

Then the completely filled write buffer is written to file. 

That is, e.g. after gathering all distinct repeated strings on a block, 

1) no transmission of <length> code for the next occurrences of the same string (but, in the simplest way, you have to output the number of succeeding strings); 

2) transmitting the literals last (in the output buffer) means no need to transmit *bit flags* for literals (and matches). This is the novel or surprising idea here: deferred literals output; 

3) if you know (LZT) LZ-Tamayo (2008) algorithm where it was demonstrated complete exclusion of the <length> code, this might as well be "LZ-Tamayo2". Should improve LZ77/LZSS/LZW based compressors. Decoding is also straight-forward. 

Sorry that only now after a decade of LZT (2008 ) I am releasing this. I stopped coding compression in 2010 or 2011. (Note: it seems there is already "LZT" before I named my algorithm. LZ-Tischer.)

I have similar ideas as "rep-codes" in 2000s. My compression ideas are from the late 90s when I became interested again in data compression. 

The ones I call here "holes" they call "gaps", even in LZW. But the idea of deferring transmission of literals for an output buffer avoids bit flags for both literals and matches which is still used in some explanations of ROLZ. Other algorithms still need to output the number of following literals, or literal_length. Deferred, meaning this is not an "online" algorithm. RLLZ is how you do basic deduplication, I presume. Deduplication of strings in a file or block.
