Sunshine

Sunshine 2007 was a movie to show our research on the Sun's harmful rays but can be looked at, or imaged, very simply if there is enough shielding from them.

As it was Cold War, the many nations were again trying to sabotage the research and influence the results or the movie. Asian scientists were there, us, but Japan was the lead. I would meet a Japanese woman at Aurora Blvd. cor. 20th Avenue and call her "Empress", maybe the real Empress Michiko. Sometimes it was Michelle Yeoh (also in a kimono) I called "Empress". :)

There was much concern about this research as others speculated we really might ignite the Sun with our devices. Nature was really different in the 1970s I remember as there were many scientists still fighting in space or atmosphere with their many weapons, instruments and devices. For this research, 20th Avenue from Aurora Blvd. to P. Tuazon was the linkway to various scientific results, that if you want these results you have to walk this road.

The Japanese were suspecting that I was influencing the real Sun with our made up "mini" Sun at Aurora Blvd. cor. 20th Avenue using "quantum entanglement". They thought I believed the Sun's rays as already quantum, "quantum rays" that is. But maybe the Sun was indeed perceived degrading that time (due to too much solar energy harvesting on huge capacitors) and we successfully re-ignited it.

Another interesting part in this Sunshine movie shoot story is that this place at Aurora Blvd. was where a newly opened bank, filled with gold and cash, became the target of some thieves and robbers.
