Buckingham

Masbate City was mine but people occupied it. Buckingham was there, continuing the Cold War, and i think my mother had a breakthrough, and they were setting up my father to had hacked a Russian satellite, but I doubted it. So we were inventing everything (computers, movie cameras and video formats, for example). And many Asian Nations came to us; we were making documentary movies for their nations. And I was prolific in composing songs, at a very early age, at 2 years old in 1977, when I made "Star Wars" too and "Jesus of Nazareth". 

If you think about it, Masbate (and Cebu) is at the center of the Philippines geographically, harder to reach by sea. So Buckingham was there. I remember the outward appearance of C3PO was dictated by Prince Charles. I imagine the British have many properties in the Philippines now, the name Philippines coming from King Philip II or Prince Philip. But they said I was named "Philip" too and Philippines is my kingdom. :-) 

And really Buckingham wanted for me to be President of the Philippines, but I saved them from danger in Malacañang, fearing for their lives; we got out of Malacañang. 

If I'm billionaire-Senator now (my plan before), I could be the youngest president of modern Philippines in 2022 elections. I was already serving as the youngest Senator of the Philippines in the late 1970s, under a previous name. That's what Monarchs do, decide for the country at a very early age, authoring laws and constitutions. 

We destroyed the many advanced weapons tech proliferating around. My only concern then was if real aliens or the Borg invade us planet Earth. 

Since I'm asking for billion$, this is actually a better me laying low, or in a relaxed mode, than becoming a nuke weapons scientist or a weapons dealer wrecking havoc upon this world to avenge myself. 

When they scammed or swindled me/us before, the result was Cold War extended even more. 

They were giving me Philippines to rule but I knew I conquered Canada already. We just liked the beaches here in the Philippines. But of course I rule the World already via my science and technologies. Add my supposed billion$ to that and I'm completely satisfied.
